Samuel’s main focus in real estate has been to build great relationships and achieve positive results for landlords and tenants. His ability to listen and empathise with clients’ needs, coupled with a positive attitude and enjoyment for what he does, has seen Samuel thrive in his Leasing Specialist role with Taylors. When Samuel commenced in real estate in 2024, his initial focus was in sales however, his desire to build long-term relationships and help clients achieve their property goals and dreams beyond a property transaction, fuelled his transition into the property management sector. In addition to his energy and great character, Samuel brings attention to detail, proactiveness and initiative to his role at Taylors. He was drawn to Taylors because it’s a boutique, family owned agency with a vision to be the leading provider of property management services in Sydney’s East. He also shares our core values from delivering a premier service to looking to make a positive difference everyday. Samuel enjoys being part of the team and thrives in our open-minded corporate culture where he can grow and share his passion in property management. For Samuel, that passion for property and people is evident in the personal fulfilment he receives from constantly meeting new people and from leasing a property that provides a great outcome for the landlord and a new home for the tenant. When not meeting people, showcasing property and finding the perfect rental for a new tenant, Samuel is a lover of the Arts from music to acting. He also likes living and working in the Eastern Suburbs because of its fast pace, great energy and the opportunity to live a beach lifestyle with easy access to the city.
