Cathan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Taylors, gained from nearly a decade in the industry. He shares our passion for property management and has a focus on delivering a premier service that consistently delivers above and beyond expectations.

Cathan enjoys helping both our clients and tenants with their property needs. To achieve this successfully, he communicates honestly and openly and in doing so, builds trust and rapport. In addition to his extensive property management experience, Cathan is also an investor, putting into practice for his clients the high standard of maintaining their investment properties as he does with the management of his own portfolio. 

Since joining Taylors in October 2020, Cathan’s can-do attitude and team focused approach has seen him fit seamlessly into our team oriented and open-minded corporate culture that shares his passion for property management. His approachable nature and friendly advice are well received by his fellow property management specialists, landlords, tenants and all whom he does business with. 

Cathan also enjoys the diversity of the role and that each day brings new challenges to resolve. He enjoys meeting new people, genuinely helping them and strives to make a positive difference. He shares our belief that property management is about long-term relationships, and a reliable rental income and sustained capital growth for our clients.

Cathan enjoys all the Eastern Suburbs has to offer, from the beaches and relaxed atmosphere to its diverse suburbs and cosmopolitan centres. When not working in the area, Cathan enjoys spending time with his family, especially his twin girls, and has a passion for cars, good food and exceptional wines.
