Since commencing in real estate in 2020, Brendan has found the industry to be rewarding and diverse. He particularly enjoys the different types of people he meets in his role and helping them find their perfect homes. Brendan’s ethical approach towards all who he deals with, combined with his friendly personality, has seen him go that extra mile to assist our clients. In addition to his helpful and friendly nature, Brendan brings attention to detail, proactiveness and initiative to his role at Taylors. Not only does he enjoy meeting new people each day in his Leasing Specialist role but he also likes coming into work each day and being part of our team oriented and open-minded corporate culture. Brendan shares our core values to deliver a premier service for our clients and customers, communicate openly, conduct all business with integrity, to be proactive and make a positive difference every day. These values extend to the professional and informative approach he has towards tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process. Brendan also believes it is important to be informative and knowledgeable of our industry’s legislation. He finds this adds an extra dimension to the training and mentoring he receives at Taylors, allowing him to grow and share his passion in property management. His internal progression since he started in the industry is important to him, allowing him to be more adaptable to change, overcome challenges and keep an open mind. Brendan enjoys living and working in the Eastern Suburbs as it is his favourite part of Sydney. He loves the combination of the beach lifestyle yet being close to the city. When not showcasing properties in the East to potential new clients, Brendan enjoys playing and watching AFL.
