With easy access to the city, an abundance of activities ranging from fitness to food, and accommodation options that span from quaint and cozy, to the ultimate in beachside luxury, Bondi is an amazing place to be.

Just 7 kilometres from Sydney, Bondi Beach is a fantastic spot for young and old. Here you can boogie board in the sparkling ocean, indulge in the many fabulous restaurants, and delight in the vibrant nightlife on offer.

Campbell Parade, the lively stretch along the beachfront, is lined with outdoor eateries, fish and chip shops, and stylish swimwear boutiques. Hall Street features many cool fashion and designer labels, while Curlewis Street is a gallery haven for art lovers.

Every Sunday, the local public school transforms into the Bondi Beach Markets, a flea market where you can pick up some great bargains, including jewellery from local artists, arts and crafts, and pre-loved vintage clothing.

At the southern headland of Bondi Beach you’ll find the fabulous coastal walk. Head out past a collection of smaller beach coves and breathe in the magnificent views as you weave your way to the sister suburb of Coogee.

When in need for a serious shopping fix, head to neighbouring Bondi Junction. Explore one of Sydney’s largest Westfield centres with a ‘who’s who’ of designer brands, major shopping outlets, and everything you need in the way of health food and groceries.

Bondi Junction is also a major transport hub for the eastern suburbs. There’s a busy train station with quick access to the CBD, plus a great network of buses that will take you to the city or surrounding suburbs, all day everyday.

Neighbours

Both locals and tourists can’t help but gravitate to this magnetic beach address. Many surfers and sun-seekers flock to Bondi Beach each weekend, but it’s not just beach goers who reside here. There’s plenty of young families, young professionals, retirees, and the token billionaire or two, who also call Bondi home.

Biddigal Park, a sloping park above North Bondi Beach, offers a small playground and great views of the ocean.

The beautiful Memorial Gardens in Bondi Junction, set amongst     beautiful landscaped gardens, honours the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps and provides a reflective space amongst the busy bustle of Bondi Junction.
