In Memory of Brian Taylor 27th November 1934 - 12th June 2024

It is with much sadness that I advise of the sudden passing of my father, Brian Taylor, who was the son of the founder of our real estate business A.H. Taylor.

Born in November 1934, he grew up in Croydon, Sydney, and was educated in Haberfield and later at The Scots College.

He started his real estate career during the war by walking the suburbs after school collecting rents for Grandpa’s Petersham office.

He commenced his full time Real Estate career in 1951 and became heavily involved in all facets of the business. His passion was always property management, so much so that in the mid 1960’s he worked with IBM to write the logic and programming for the first Property Management accounting software. The foundation of this software is still in use today around the world.

Dad is survived his children Brian, Peter, David, Mark & Janelle, his 11 grandchildren and his brother Max.

We will miss him dearly.
