I would just like to highlight what quality service I received from Jake Gentile and the rest of the team there at Taylors. My experiences with Agents has been pretty negative up until recently, when I viewed and offered on a property in Botony st with you guys I found Jake to be very friendly, polite and quick in his response, which is very refreshing! Unfortunately, I let him down after being accepted on the flat, but then having to withdraw my offer, but even after that, Jake was friendly and understanding.
The whole process was seamless thoughout, you were able to show me around the property the afternoon I called about it, no hanging around waiting for Saturday open viewings or snotty agent trying to get me off the phone and referring me to domain! The application form was straight forward and reasonable and the processing for my app was within 24 hrs, very impressed. I will definitely be recommending your services to my friends and hope that the next time I am looking to rent, that I will be able to find somewhere through your company.
