We like to make things as convenient as possible for you and therefore offer BPay or Credit Card payment systems. We’ll also make ourselves available to show you through our properties by appointment if you’re unable to make it to open homes.

Tenancy Application Forms & Identification

Tenancy Application Forms are kept within our office at all times. To complete an application you must first inspect the premises and then come into our office with your 100 points of identification to apply for the property.

Our 100 point identification checklist, can consist of the following items:
Drivers Licence (40), Passport (40), Birth Certificate (30), Other Photo ID (30), Medicare Card (20), Credit Card (20), Rates Notice (10), Bank/Debit Card (20), Current Wage Advice (20), Previous Tenancy Reference (20), Previous 2 rent receipts (20), Previous Tenant History Ledger (20) Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate (10), Bank Statements (10), Telephone Account (10), Electricity Account (10), Gas Account (10),
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION MUST BE 1 OF THE ABOVE TO BE SUPPLIED.

NOTE: ALL APPLICATIONS ARE TO BE COMPLETED IN OUR OFFICE BY ALL PARTIES WHO WISH TO BE LISTED ON THE LEASE, AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE PROPERTY.
